We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. This is a convenient hotel that caters to tour groups, so it is very busy. We were able to get an early check in and it appears that this is a common thing. Rooms are a decent size for 2 people but would not work with an extra bed for a third person. Daily maid service. Plenty of places to sit in the lobby and library area. A very good restaurant is on site. Breakfast is terrific, and we paid approximately $29 USD per person. There is a spa on site which we did not use. There is a happy hour in the bar/lounge from 4 - 6 PM every night. If you do not want to be right in the middle of town, this is a good choice.

After spending 9 days driving around this beautiful island it was nice to,spend last night at a full service hotel. Lots of free parking and easy walk to city. (in city, not easy to,park and if find space have only 2 hours) Yes near city airport, but hear nothing.

This is a very nice hotel close to the bus station. This was the jumping off point on my tour. The hotel is located next to the city airport, so it can get quite noisy. But the smaller planes don't fly too late at night. The exterior is rather stark, but all buildings must be built to withstand the harsh environment. The interior is like being in an Ikea showroom, but very lovely indeed! No AC, but not needed- windows open. Breakfast was included in my package, & the buffet was extensive & fresh. The restaurant is called Satt and has a bar & lounge. Had the most delicious brick oven pizza with a half caesar salad. So good, I had it again on my last night!! Staff is pleasant & efficient! I didn't venture out as I needed sleep!!!! This was a great way to start & end a wonderful trip!! Definitely recommend!!

Was booked into the Natura twice on a tour - once at the beginning and then at the end. The staff let me check in significantly before the official check-in time (thanks!). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable (think hotel room designed by Ikea). The hotel is next to the city airport (not the big airport). My room faced the front parking lot so actually not much noise at all. The rooms have L'Occitane shampoo & body wash, hairdryer. Beds were comfortable and have the standard duvet top. Satt Restaurant is pricey but it's offset by the convenience of not having to walk anywhere. Breakfast buffet was the best out of any hotel I stayed at in Iceland. Rooms don't have AC - but the window does open. As it was a little stuffy, the staff did bring up a fan which solved the problem. It is a little out of the way - get the free buss pass from the front desk and take the #5 bus into town - it drops you right off and picks you up on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops.

Stayed here in January 2017, price was decent as Iceland tends to be very expensive. Lovely room with lots of channels, downstairs had a little shop for snacks and drinks and a great restaurant too. Cheap cocktails within certain times too. When we booked we knew it wasn't very close to centre so that's not an issues, we walked it and it wasn't bad but it was around -10 which was crazy. All in all it was lovely.
