We 12 stayed in resort for one night in nov.17.Rooms were of good size,neat and clean.Equipped with all amenities,rooms at first floor had sea view.Washroom was of adequate size and had enough toileteris.Room service needs improvement.Buffet was expansive.Ala carte was ok and well served.Great selection in B/f spread,well made and tasty.We all enjoyed very clean private beach and morning sunrise.Overall a comfortable stay.

We stayed two nights at this resort as part of a Kalypso Adventures tour. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with overhead fans and air conditioning. The food in the restaurant was plentiful, inexpensive and very tasty. We also enjoyed some very nice cocktails. The gardens and pool were also lovely but the beach not safe to swim in.

The Ideal Beach Resort is all about friendly hospitality! I felt very welcome from the get go. The apartments with a balcony are super cute and cozy. Walk through the lush very well-maintained gardens straight onto the beach. Pure bliss! The staff are great, friendly and helpful and are all around, ready to assist. The restaurant is great too!

We stayed here for one night to break journey and were really pleased with the place. We had booked a Sea View villa.
What I liked about the place:
- Nice layout of the villa: there's a living room with an attached toilet & wash basin; a bedroom with a queen-bed a small twin-bed; a large master bathroom with a jacuzzi, bathtub & shower area and a dressing area. The photographs don't do justice to the layout - e.g., the bedroom looks like a narrow cramped space in the photographs (narrow it is, but given that there is a separate living room and dressing room, it doesn't matter)
- Service: we reached very late at night (11:30PM) but still received service with a smile even though it appeared there was only a skeleton staff on duty. Even the next day, the staff were very helpful & courteous and front-office staff were quite accommodating with a variety of our requests.
- Ample parking space
What could have been better:
- Upkeep & maintenance: the furnishing & fittings (including taps, tiles, corners, etc.) are worse for the wear. Understandably the saline & highly-corrosive atmosphere and possible even the hard water poses a challenge, but even so, it appears that more needs to be spent (time, effort & money) to maintain & restore the finesse. The jacuzzi for instance wasn't working as well as it ought to and had calcium deposits (possibly accumulated in the nozzle) getting flushed into the tub.
Overall a great place to stay. They have a swimming pool and I did see a beach volley-ball pit. If we're passing this side again, I certainly would consider staying there again.

Visited Ideal beach resort for a day corporate outing. This was my 4th outing to this resort and it turned out as even better!
- excellent arrangements as mentioned
- one assigned coordinator
- excellent hall and facilities
- superb food for the entire package
- beach and pool access
All at a very nominal price! this was an excellent outing, and I was happy that I was able to take my team to my fav place and also it didnt turn out bad!
