We spent a long weekend at hotel Ortler and everything was simplyperfect. Great food, great room, perfectly clean with a wonderful sight. The owner and all the workers inside are kind and you have the feeling to be at home. The spa is amazing. Simply great. Thanks a lot.

In so many ways this is the ideal hotel in the ideal region of Italy. Perfect hospitality at every turn, smiling and helpful staff with enough English for those of us not as practised in German or Italian as we'd like to be. Gloriously spacious and beautifully-equipped rooms matched by superb food, with a daily evening menu that had the best of German and Italian cuisine interwoven for our delight. Would not hesitate to return, and intend to do so!

I stayed two nights at the Ortler and enjoyed the quiet environment and beautiful surroundings. There are many places like the Ortler, so I don't know if it is particularly special. Still, good value, enjoyable, reasonable food, and a nice pool. Hiking, riding, and a few other Alpine activities around.
