Let me say the proper rate is around 3 stars def not a 4 stars Hotel. The hotel is in a very nice area but needs some renewal and more attention to details: a fence to better separate playground from swimming pool (ok i know this is more for parents but still ..), at least one automatic door at the reception, ramps for strollers that are just looking like patches, cleaning services of the common areas to be increased.
Positive: personnel and hotel staff (they will do the best to compensate structure deficiencies) - room was comfortable and large, space for 4 and still room available.
I won't comment here the level of entertainment offered by the tour operator staff but it will go again in my negative note.
Will i go there again? NO!
