Although I am not an "all inclusive" person I really enjoyed my stay!! I visited this place with my boyfriend, just the two of us, and we had great fun especially in the new AQUA PARK!!
The food/drinks were great and plenty all day, the hotel is surrounded by a forest and the sea is just in front of it with a great and long beach, the swimming pools never get very crowded, you can enjoy a swin, run, go cycling, walk, go horse riding and so much more.
I will definitely visit again!!

The best choice for all inclusive vacations.only 4 hours from Athens and you are in paradise!! The beach is excellent for toddlers and children. There were a lot of activities for children, our favorite was "baby disco"!!!!! With positive attitude you overcome the busy hours in lunch and dinner! But there is a lot of space and it is not very visible how crowded the place is. Very nice choice for family vacations but not for more than 5 days!! You feel like you are in a paradise prison!! Especially if your child doesn't want to go anywhere else outside the resort!!!

if you like family holidays all inclusive style or you want to try them then go for it
the rooms at iIia Palms are spacious clean comfortable fully renovated the bathrooms big with bathtub some details need improvement but generally very satisfying.
you walk about ten minutes through a pine wood to oasis and then another ten minutes and many stairs to the pool and the beach.
for me walking was very pleasant but i understand that people with babies and young children may not.
the food is ok endless variety but the quality needs improvement especially for the price you pay.
cons definitely cleaning in the public areas especially around ice cream and crepe area and generally the bars
walking through litter in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable
very odd odour in a certain spot at the same area as rotten food...
waiters in the resaturant need training they leave plates pilling up at the tables unless a supervisor appears or you specifically ask them to remove them
generally the staff needs training they look like the suffer wortking there i understand that especially during High season they may be very tired but they should not show this so much, you almost feel bad for being there
they should maybe think that if you werent there they would have a work at all
only one stand for the crepe so if you want one you have to stand at the queue for about 20 mintues, hello put two or three stands again unacceptable for 5 star
but i dont want to be misunderstood besides these areas which definitely need improcement (along with the situation at the pool area where you never can find a free place
the whole experience is very nice the beach is huge, and most important is the best place for relaxing you dont have to warry for anything you dont have to drive a Car you dont have to warry about food where to eat etc and they had a very nice entairtenment Programme.
you can walk do sport and even fitness classes if you feel like it
i would definitely go back again for a few days of perfect relaxing

I stayed at your hotel Olympia Oasis at Kyllini 17/08-21/08/16. we booked 2 rooms 235/day. I was great disappointed with your services and I request to check out immediately. 1) No umbrellas and chairs at swimming pool and beach (always occupied with no any control by Hotel Staff). 2) The air condition at the room smell very bad and not clean ( photos available upon request) My wife get ill for 2 days and the babies couldn't sleep. 3) The restaurants were full booked during all of our stay ....we have to book for dinner after our departure. 4) They told us lies that they will change us rooms. 5) Poor quality of room service 6)In order to take fredo coffee you have to run 2 floors if you where lucky and to be opened. 7) At dinner time you have to wait on a row on about 25 minutes for a table. Your staff keep me 1 night fees (235 euro) due to the worst service offered. Thank for destroying my vacations.

nice hotel with awesome beach

Ilia Palms is just the building with rooms which belongs to Olympia Oasis hotel. The best part of this location is definitely the beach which is few kilometers long and offers stunning views. For those who do not like walk too much Ilia Palms rooms are not the best option as you need around 10 minutes to reach the main building. Olympia itself is very nice hotel with a lot of steps therefore I am not sure if this is good for kids, although we saw many families there and they somehow managed to move around the facility. Room at Ilia Palms were renewed and look fine, although it feels inside the lobby, elevators and the corridors that this building is not the newest one. Still it is cheaper that Olympia therefore honestly I cannot complain for anything here. I recommend to rent a bicycle and sightsee the neighborhood, especially Kastro. Water temperature in September is absolutely perfect!
