Hotel was far from city and needs to be equipped with etiquette amenities and facilities.
Was peaceful and cool. Beautiful location but room service and cleanliness to be improved.
The food was fine with service.

This hotel is really far away from the main city. That a big drawback. It has a good view but the hotel is still under construction. My bad experience started when the room that was given to me had locked bathroom which did not open. I asked for a room change , after that I was shifted to 207 then the AC of that room went off stopped working. Though the staff and manager is good. Lot is required on the service front like hot water issue, non availability of menu items etc. Ok but I would not stay next time.

I had booked a suite in this hotel for 2nd Oct'15 night for the sole purpose of watching the T20I between Ind-SA at the HPCA stadium, Dharamsala.
The location of the hotel is a little further up from the main city area, in a splendid location, and if you are looking for peace and calm, nothing can beat it.
The hotel rooms are not extraordinary, but quite good.
However, what is remarkable is the food of the hotel, excellently prepared and served, though the range is limited. More importantly, I have hardly met more cooperative, decent and marvelous hotel staff in any such private hotel. If you are planning for Dharamsala, you may definitely look into this hotel...

Pathetic experience, very poor service, and not well managed property. Except the view of the resort nothing is good in this resort.Services are very poor. Rather managers are running this hotel without any interest. Thier was no warmth and doesnt have the capability to handle large population.Managers rather resolving the issue start giving excuses.
