This Hotel is good for reasonable stay as for Business purpose. Only the thing is hotel required a good maintainence for its property as well as rooms and bathrooms
Room is very small with no Ventillation , but neat n clean AC works good , very convenient for bussiness trip and only night stay .... As I travel alone so for me its a Good hotel as compare to price I offered , Otherwise comoare to super deluxe room they are providing 60sq ft area room

the location is the only best thing about this place. it was not functional when i visited. I wonder how can some one build such a terrible quality building for a 5 star hotel. Some one told me it was built to burn the black money. But the place is very quite and calm.

Given the prices they charged and service they provide, this hotel is not worth staying. Rooms, washrooms, corridor, lobby etc. everything requires proper maintenance. Staff behavior needs to be improved.

I first saw this hotel a year ago whilst out for a walk in the area. It looked like a remnant from the imperial British Victorian days. Today (August 2015) again being in the area I decided to go for a closer look. It has construction / renovation going on all over it. And judging from the outside it certainly needs it - some windows are boarded up, parts of the external cladding are falling off, and rust is showing on exposed metal. Thinking this was a remnant from the old British days, I did a google search, and found it really is an open hotel, so here is a review from just walking by. It's certainly seen better days, I just can't figure out whether they were in 2009 or 1909. Curiously there's a notice that say "no photos and no videos", and I was told to put my camera away... what? It's just a hotel!

We had bad experience in this hotel which not to be one star hotel its dirty and not clean and dust in the all room furniture and i couldn't sleep and check out ln same day at10:30am and i discuss with reciption staff to cancell booking for second day and he say he well contact agoda.
When we got to the hotel at 4 am The hotel closed doors we waited for half an hour and we are knocking on the door exterior windows and even open the door for us the receiver does not know about our reservation and waited another half hour until they let us go to the room .
The hotel is very dirty so I would not recommend it never .
Dirty bathroom and the many crashes
There is no hot water
Dust in the luggage and bed sheets, floors and very unpleasant odors
Air-conditioning system is very bad too .
I've traveled and lived in hotels in 14 countries around the world and This hotel fare worse in my life .
