I have stayed in these apartments myself and have been so impressed I regularly book these apartments for travelling colleagues who also love to stay here. Access is seamless and convenient regardless of the check in or out time. These apartments are incredibly great value for money and over-deliver on standards based on the ratings. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the apartment was clean & nicely furnished, bed comfortable. The bad! paper thin walls between apartments could hear my fellow travellers conversations clearly. Our apartment was unit 4 accessed from Langtree av. but our off street parking was from a back street 3 minute walk around the block. No onsite assistance for checkin just a key & PIN number on arrival simply not what we expected! so check yr emails, poor for a 4 star stay!

Arrived after a 7 hr trip from Melbourne looking forward to an enjoyable weekend to find the apartment did not look like the photos on the website. We had stayed in an Indulge apartment several years ago but it wasn't like this. You enter from a laneway up the stairs and through the sliding patio door. You don't enter the building from the front.
The open plan kitchen and lounge was cold and stark with an industrial cooling/heater in the ceiling. You looked out on an balcony housing the hot water system.
The bedroom was like a cell with no outside windows and a sink in the room with two small closets either side housing the toilet and the shower which you would subject your partner to your ablutions or hearing you in the toilet with the doors being glass and not floor to ceiling.
There is an internal door which clearly says your apartment stops here but you could hear the person in the connnecting apartment walking around,quite disconcerting and does not giving one a feeling of being safe or of privacy - not at all indulgent.
Rang Sara to let her know we would not be staying and why to be told very quickly that there was a 48 cancellation rule so there would be refund as she would not be able to rebook at this late stage. Funny about this as the apartment had been rebooked when I looked at the website. Great way to do business and encourage reviews like this.

We spent the night in Mildura on the way to Adelaide. The Indulge group has modern apartments in a number of locations in Mildura. This time we opted for the Langtree Ave Apartments. The Apartments are located at the back of a property that faces but which are not accessible from Langtree Ave. To access the apartments you head to the lane behind the property - Bowring Lane. Beware it's one way so you have to enter it from the Eleventh Street end. The apartment itself is spacious. The bedroom has no window though and the toilet and shower step into the bedroom so if travelling with another person ablutions are a shared experience. The bedroom has a skylight again beware, if you do not cover the skylight with the tool provided in the wardrobe like us you will be up very early in the morning on a sunny day. There is a small patio area that overlooks the carpark. We arrived after business hours and were gone early so there were no noise issues. The best thing about this property is the easy walk into Langtree Mall - less than 5 minutes away and in the warm evening it was a pleasant walk to 'The Grand' end of town. There is also an IGA and Woolworths at the Tenth street end of the lane. The Indulge group have nicer apartments in Mildura but this one is like all their properties modern and clean and it has the advantage of being walking distance from everything you might need for an overnight stay.

Was instantly delighted with how clean and spacious this apartment was. Some really nice touches here but just something to consider...you cannot open a window and the bedroom doesn't have a window. There is no balcony. Bit of a pity when one is in the country. Very limited kitchen facilities too. However overall was happy here and would return.
