We would just like to take this opportunity to thank Ian, Matthew and the entire team at ingliston country club for making our wedding on the 5th of November an amazing day. From the minute we met Ian and Matthew we were impressed by the standard of professionalism and service. I work in the service industry so good service is extremely important to me. Every member of staff we encountered in every department was outstanding. You should all be very proud of the excellent job you do!!!
Our only critique would be the new check out time, I thought it was already early before the revised time. It didn't affect us on this occasion but I can see it may be an issue for non corporate visitors. That's said everything else was faultless!

Wedding venue is excellent , however steak pie was large chunks of roast beef hard as a brick.
Stayed overnight ,bed as had as a brick and only one pillow each which was also hard.
Buffet breakfast for this star rating hotel not good either . I asked for tea and got coffee , i asked for it to be changed, had to ask 3 times for a jug of milk

Before I mention the hotel may I say that I was staying in the hotel as part of a wedding. The wedding venue was fantastic and the palominos restaurant is excellent.
The hotel was £150,
2 weeks before the stay, I received an email saying the check in and out times were changing. Not convenient when child care has been arranged. After a few emails the hotel backed down and honoured the times. But to change the terms and conditions after booking is unacceptable.
The room was basic, shower room small, walls very thin so lots of noise from the corridor
However my main issue was the breakfast, absolutely shocking, cold food, poor selection of coffee,
Stayed in the Hilton Glasgow recently for the same price and it was miles better, perhaps Ingliston can charge over the odds as there is little choice in the area.
I would like to add that all the staff were very pleasant and helpful
Never a 4 star hotel
Got another wedding here soon, staying elsewhere that night

We booked one of the lovely wooden lodges for a family get away. We couldn't believe the quality of the accommodation for the price we paid. The lodge was tastefully decorated and the bedrooms were warm and comfortable. The lodge had so many luxurious touches and we all enjoyed staying in it. We even asked if we could extend our stay but unfortunately the lodge was already booked. An added bonus was the fabulous cooked breakfast included in the price. A great selection and the black pudding was delicious. The lodges are in a great secluded position away from the buzz of the country club and the whole estate is situated close to Loch Lomond and Glasgow. The kids loved seeing the horses being trained out in the fields behind the lodge. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good quality and well priced. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. A fantastic place and we'll hopefully be back soon. Can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Rooms were gorgeous. Had a great stay here was definitely recommend staying here 10/10 breakfast was a buffet style in the morning and it was lovely bad something for everyone.
