Our room was clean. The bed okay. The shower could use an update. The hallway was a little dirty. Over all the room was average. The price could be less for the quality. I would stay again because of the location and the bed is better than the motel up the street.

Fine location, walking distance to many food options. Smoking (important to us, and thankful); room far from nonsmokers, so no guilt. Only flaw: shower had very little flow and should be fixed (Room 302).

Everything was fine at this hotel. No complaints. Staff was attentive to both the reservation process and the needs of the breakfast bar. Waffles were fine and they had real Log Cabin syrup. Coffee could be better, but I've tolerated much worse.

average hotel, not keen on so many people smoking outside the front door and of the amount of pets that are allowed in rooms. One night a large dog was barking and that was annoying!
The cleaning people need more training and better service of customers. I had asked for clean towels and never got any. Three other people also never got theirs either for two days. they were not happy! The breakfast was meager. There are good places to eat close by.

We stayed one night after football game in Pullman staff very friendly room clean just needs updating . No hot water in room very late at night. Did not eat free breakfast. Would not stay at hotel again not because of staff just hotel needs renovation
