Room and place were so cool and cozy! Would always recommend to couple who want to relax by Capitola and get a beach and delicious breakfast all together... service was very delicate and attentions were present all time

Great location to beach and shopping. Excellent breakfast and wine and sherry hour . Staff very welcoming. If dining at Shadowbrook ask about their complimentary NY style cab to and from the restaurant.

Love this property. It’s mine and my husband’s favorite spot. However, it was very disappointing that the tub’s jets and other functions weren’t operating since it was the main reason we chose the room that we did.

The rooms are very nice and pleasant. The staff is very helpful. The stay was very enjoyable. You would certainly enjoy your stay! The hotel is also very close to everything, but with the right amount of distance to have an amazing sleep!

Love the Inn. Beautiful as always except for check-in process. Took us 45 minutes to actually check-in from the time we arrived at the Inn. Everyone arrives at 3:00 and their is not adequate staff to handle the rush. Needs improvement
