Not bad, as it good for a budget, close to shops and eateries and within easy walking distance of the Espianade and night life. Has a good pool and rooms are well equipped with kitchen, laundry etc, just looks a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC, but if travelling on a budget, well worth a look.

This was a great find in Carins. Location was superb, centrally located, close to everything including a great bar called O'Briens just around the corner. The apartment had everything you would need including in-room washer/dryer. Property also included underground parking, pool and BBQ area. Only negative is it apartment could do with a facelift but otherwise was clean and spacious.

Inn Cairns offered wonderful service & facilities, with their pool area always appearing clean & the general spaces well maintained. The room was a great size with a kitchenette, big lounge room & balcony. The location was wonderful, a short walk from any ammenities you could want/need. Only issue was sound proofing, the noise from both the outside & within the complex travelled very easily. Overall a good place to stay!

Inn Cairns is certainly in a great location central to everything. And it's comfortable enough. Management acknowledge it is fairly dated and is ready for an upgrade. We found the kitchen facilities in the one bedroom unit quite comprehensive. The bedroom though was small (only fitted one suitcase) and there is no opening window. One wall of glass bricks. As a result the bedroom was stuffy and felt musty - had to run aircon the whole time. We much prefer fresh air especially for sleeping. Also on that score
our unit faced west so it copped all the afternoon heat and there was no fly screen on the sliding door. There was no compendium in the room advising procedures or hours of operations. We couldn't get fresh linen for our six night stay and felt this became quite uncomfortable and a bit of a health issue. Overall a bit mediocre, certainly not boutique standard.

Stayed back in August 2017. Yes, perhaps time for an upgrade but the apartment had everything we needed and I felt it was clean. It was great to have a car park on site. The reception was very welcoming. The location is great. I enjoyed the pool.
