We really enjoy staying here. The staff is completely professional and there to help. Affordable, for the location for real sure on that........rooms are great, we had a suite...and enjoyed the cont. breakfast each day before a long beach day. Don't expect eggs Benedict, hash browns and Bloody Mary's...But if you like simple, clean, tasty and served until 1030......than you will be like us. Very happy and satisfied. We don't intake huge breakfast events anyway..... but yogurt, several kinds of breads, waffles, sausage and 10 other selections make for a great start. Stay at the Inn of Naples, great scenery and beach fronts are in walking distances and so are many fine dining choices. ONE PROBLEM>>>>> and it is bigger than it may appear. Why the maintenance or front desk cant just throw a rubber mat over the two metal plates on the left side of the property parking lot near the pool is beyond belief.....we were awoken each morning at 6am to the sounds of "k-0clack, k-Oclack"..........cars hitting the two plates drove us insane.......Easy to FIX...get a 5x5 rubber mat to deaden the sound. But anyway we would go back today! Love the place and you will too. Staff is great!

We popped down to Naples from Venice Florida at the last minute when we found out a friend was flying in. We booked a room at this hotel with double beds because no kings were available. A few days before, the hotel called and said they needed a room with double beds and would we be okay taking a king bed they now had available? When we arrived, the room was a beautiful suite! We loved it. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Service was great. They are under renovation, but we experienced no hassles due to that. Many buildings here are repairing due to Hurricane Irma damage.

We had to stay here when we made an unexpected trip for a family emergency. I had passed it and it looked ok so I jumped. Because we were going to be in town for several days, I opted for the King suite with a separate living area and bedroom. The accommodations were very large. The room was immaculate and had a fridge, microwave and small sink area. The bathroom had a vanity area separate from the toilet and combined tub shower. The bathroom is entirely enclosed and no part of it is visible from the room, like some older hotels that have sinks in the bedroom area.
The hotel was under construction and there was some noise during the day, but at night it was quiet. With the situation with Hurricane Irma, many staying there are there for the long term. Many contractors and residents who have been displaced have taken up residence there. I can see why. It has a homey feel.
Breakfast is served and consists of pastries/donuts/bagels/muffins/toast, sausage patties, egg patties (a little odd but tasted ok) and made to order waffles. There was a juice machine and yogurt, coffee and tea. Yogurt and fresh fruit (apples and oranges) were offered as well. After breakfast, that's it. They have a temperamental vending machine on the second floor, so late night munchies are out.
The pool is warm and inviting but the fitness center leaves a lot to be desired.
I posted some pictures that had some hurricane damage. It can't be helped, but it looks like this sweet little place will make a fine comeback.

I was in Naples on personal business and made a last minute reservation here. As I checked in the reception clerk, Kevi, who was so kind and charming took care of me. She also took the time to call my room about two hours after I checked in to make sure I was OK with the accommodations. I travel a lot for business and I was really impressed by her doing this. The hotel was under construction - which was explained to me - but I never experienced and inconvenience. The room was clean and very comfortable and I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel during the Hurricane Irma crisis. The city took a direct hit from a powerful hurricane. Despite this, the hotel staff did an amazing job keeping the place comfortable for guests throughout the ordeal. They worked their tails off, had a great attitude, and just showed true hospitality at every moment. I would certainly stay there again. Big thumbs up.
