I wish I could give this beautiful place 10 stars! A small group of us friends who went to high school together (it's been 34 years) do an annual trip and we chose San Francisco for this year's gathering.
Inn San Francisco couldn't have been more perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and offers everything you may need. All the employees were very friendly and so helpful. The owner, Marty, is funny and pleasant and takes great pride in his place, as he should! He helped us out with a big dilemma, so we are very grateful to him. The cottage is amazing and was a great place to hang out. The beds are super comfortable too! The gardens out back are beautiful with plenty of space to sit and relax with friends. The rooftop deck was amazing....the view was really nice and there are loungers and chairs to relax in. We enjoyed the hot tub at night - so peaceful! In fact, the whole place is very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious....so many varieties of fruit and breads, quiches, cheese, deli meats, and even gluten free goodies. They thought of everything! Sherry and port are available at all hours and candy jars and fruit are in the parlour and in the rooms. There are restaurants abound within walking distance (both Mission and Valencia are so close). It was the perfect place for us to get together, relax, and reminisce. Everyone we met there were repeat customers (multiple times) of the Inn which says a lot for this place!

I've returned (3 times so far) after getting convinced last year that the staff are the best. I wrote a glowing review last year for the Inn and I doubt I can top that but I will try as they deserve it.
Location. The Mission District area is probably the one of the most vibrant and eclectic neighborhood in San Francisco. Hemispheres, United's In Flight travel magazine, featured '3 Perfect Days in San Francisco' and one of those days was spent exploring this area (Google search 'Hemispheres United Airlines October 2017').
Top notch staff with a 'can do attitude'. The front desk staff, Liza, Evelyn, Lenny, Wella will cater to your needs and will do their utmost to fulfill what is in the realm of the possible. The house staff as well. Wella recommended a Pho place to dine; Evelyn knew of several delectable local bakeries; Lenny was intimately familiar with dining scene outside the city limits; Liza had some great ideas on how to satisfy my craving for Ghirardelli treats. Fred, who is part of management, had a great suggestion for an early aerobic workout: summit the little known Corona Heights (Rocky Hill).
Room. I was fortunate enough to get one of their larger rooms Rm 44. The room opened up to a patio with lounge chairs and a lush garden view. It also had a fireplace and a jacuzzi.
Breakfast. The buffet style at the parlor had some unbelievably extended hours. I normally wake up early to exercise so I can power up with my granola cereal prior to hitting the pavement. The bfast stays available even past 1100 so it is more like a brunch. This was perfect for people who may have an early flight out or just late sleepers.
During my 10 day stay, I noticed lots of lots of returning customers. These customers to include myself are testimony that the Inn has attained the 'self-actualization' in terms of service. And when guests themselves become advocate for a business, the staff has done an awesome job.

The service was great, delicious breakfast, and very homey. Would pick a place like this over a hotel any day! They offer port and sherry, the staff will help you navigate the neighborhood and the owner Marty is so friendly.

Very nice B&B indeed. The breakfast was excellent (2 kinds of quiche, fresh cut fruit, cereals etc) and ready by 6:30 every morning. Coffee & tea available all day. The room was quite nice, and the bed was comfortable Décor is Victorian The staff was very friendly and very, very helpful. The Inn is easy to get to from the airport by BART. It's located in the Mission district and is close to BART stations and bus stops.

Inn San Francisco is a great vacation space to hold a big group of people or a small groups. It has great food ,butiful garden, and a great rooftop view. It is well kept and never runs out of anything. All in all it is wonderful.
