My husband and I celebrated our belated honeymoon and had a great time in the Inspira Santa Marta Hotel. The staff was very kind and always ready to help. We recommend this hotel with eyes closed. Thank you!

The front desk staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for nearby areas to visit and restaurants. The bed was a little hard for our taste. The wait staff in the hotel restaurant was very good and attentive, which made meals there very pleasant.

I stayed here for a few nights in October. I was drawn to it because of the reviews and the promises on the website. Unfortunately, it was average and nothing to write home about. Location is good and convenient but not outstanding. The breakfast was the same day after day - need to mix it up a bit. The room was modern, with more design than practicality in mind. Cleanliness was good. Front desk service was a bit inconsistent. There are staff members who are genuinely helpful and then there are some. I tried to break a 100 bill and the lady twice counted (with 20's) 1 - 2 -3 -5. Uhm, that's only 80! Luckily, her colleague was there to catch it too.

My family and I had a three night stay at Inspira Santa Maria and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. From start to finish we were treated very well and made to feel very relaxed.
Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we were treated to drinks. Hotel staff noticed (just due to his passport) it had been my brothers birthday the day before so they sent up a bottle of fizz. They also got a free upgrade as space was needed for a cot and enjoyed a huge room.
The lobby area is superb, comfortable sofas you don’t want to leave. The sweet jars are delightful and we couldn’t resist.
Our room was very comfy, attention clearly paid to the decor.
WiFi great. Breakfast was amazing, really lovely fresh foods and filled us up til dinner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave helpful tips on places to go. We enjoyed the location and being a bit away from the main area but still very reachable by foot.
We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Helpful, friendly staff. Relaxed comfort. Unique hotel. Very greenhouse climate conscious. As well as reminding guests about concervinng water, their trash cans allows one to sort for recycling. Only disconcerting thing, was the road noise. Windows were not soundproof. My husband is semideaf so he never heard, but whenever a car would drive buy, it sounded like a waterfall. Rooms were extremely dark with shutters and curtains drawn. That blocked the sound and cold. Breakfast buffet is gluten free. Would definitely stay there again.
