So I saw the photos as all of you.
Got there with my wife and got a room in an annexed building, were you could smell humidity and damp air inside. The bathroom had fungus growing on the ceiling, the bathroom door did not close, the pipes were running along the bathroom and I had a one sheet folded toilet paper roll.
So the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had good quality but it is minimalistic. The air condition worked ok.
When asking to a hotel staff about parking basically was told you have 4 free parking spots inside the premises, the rest is free public parking. The other spots inside the premises are paid for.
Really felt unconfortable at the this hotel and not worth the value.

Positives: Free parking, Free wi-fi, Garden & Pool looked good despite the rain, friendly staff, breakast basic, not for hearty breakfast eaters, though, Air conditioning in room worked well, bed was firm, shower and WC separate in our room.
Negatives: Everything looked half remodeled in the hotel. The carpet in the room has seen better days, the painting not finsihed in some spots, the fitness room was an old tool shack near the pool (dont go in), not really cenrally located so a car is needed. No safe in room.
Summary: very basic hotel with some positive and negatives. For the price, it was minimal.

Excellent hotel with lovely pool espocially with a bottle of rose enjoying the sun. Easy walk into Bourges Cathedral and restaurants. Ample parking around the hotal but a little cramped inthe actual hotel carpark. Friendly staff with good english.

Our room was average size and clean, cramped bathroom though, so no real complaints there. Free parking is nice and staff is friendly. Swimming pool is still unserviceable so hotel should stop advertising it, as it has been for a looong time. Breakfast is a joke: you get 2 low quality (c'mon this is -France-!!) deep frozen mini croissant each, canned apple/orange juices and 2 (yes 2 only) types of bread to choose from ... a one-star hotel breakfast, so better go to a local boulangerie.

Comfortable hotel with excellent grounds and free parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. My own quibble is that it is about a kilometre away from the town centre and they don't do dinner.
A great asset is the wonderful pool
We would certainly stop there again
