Great overnight stay in lovely location
Sara Pon 13/11/2017 20:29Easy to find, just outside the main town. Very clean hotel, balcony and large bathroom. Private parking onsite is a bonus. Very dog friendly. A few steps away from a beautiful lake and several restaurants. Would recommend.
Great location, staff and value for money
Vivian Mon 18/09/2017 11:39This hotel exceeded expectations. It had a wonderful lakeside location (at Le Grand Port). Our corner room had two small balconies , one overlooking the port. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel were excellent, the breakfasts plentiful and the staff were attentive, efficient, friendly and full of good advice. I'd recommend it!
Great value; terrific service
Nina Son 17/09/2017 15:03Lovely location near the grand pier, restaurants all around, including the excellent one connected to the hotel. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, including one of the team who lived nearby in Chambery and took the time to give us some highlights of her town when we mentioned we were going there. The room itself was lovely, on the corner of the hotel so we had two balconies and a view of the lake. It was well sound proofed and the area itself was tranquil. The breakfast was excellent, bread and croissants baked first thing and a huge choice, including oranges for fresh juice, eggs, omelettes, cereal etc etc. You could easily stock up and miss lunch if you were on a budget. The cleaning staff were brill, incredibly friendly and extremely thorough. We had to leave early on our last day, but the hotel manager insisted they would open the breakfast room an hour early than usual so that we could eat before the long drive home. I don't have anything negative to say at all about the hotel and I would highly recommend it to friends, family and strangers.
well located lakeside hotel

Nice hotel in the harbor of Aix-les-Bains
Jacqueline Lon 27/08/2017 10:37Nice hotel, friendly service, friendly people. Good atmosphere. Ron's small, bathroom fine, excellent breakfast. Hotels in Aix-les-Bains are rather expensive, so this hotel seemed to have a reasonable price for a good level of quality. The breakfast was really good: a lot to choose, fresh orange juice, fresh bread, fresh and good quality coffee!
