Very, very small room, hardly to move; no parking place, bad quality of WIFI;
price/quality - NOK! Fo such a small room it should be the half of the price;
Old equipment in the room and bathroom. It should be rated as max 1* hotel; the location 9near the centrum and cathedral) is misused; no parking place no even place to stop the car to unpack the laguage.

We had a pleasant 1 night stay at the Inter Hotel Notre Dame in Rouen. This place is a bit weathered and basic in design but the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. We had a nice view of the neighborhood which made it more authentic when we opened the windows at night and experienced the sites and sounds as well as the cool breeze. For me this place loses points for having no elevator. We had to hoist our heavy luggage up 3 floors which was not pleasant. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, however and helped us with our luggage. Overall, this place earns a TA rating of 3. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel was average. Quite cheap. I wouldn't choose it again. The location suited us. My room was smoking. I have never smoked and it had a stale smell. The bed was two flat sheets and no duvet cover. Not a comfortable sleep as they didn't full cover the duvet and I didn't want it touching me.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but always problems finding a parking !
The personal was very nice, room average with a bit of bad smell, but when opening the window ok.
Room was quite on the back side.
The breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice ! And all of good quality, omelet, ham, cheese, croissants.
Good relation price/ quality

Checked in here en route home and found it to be convenient to the fabulous historic centre of town. The rooms were clean and tidy although the shower was just a little on the small side.Other than that, it was idea and very reasonably priced.
