Lovely views over the river but an odd layout and fittings, which means we never did figure out how to turn off all the lights at night. The hotel tries hard but there were the little slip-ups: on the desk there was a cube designed to accept all manner of electric plugs, but the gizmo didn't fit into the outlet on the desk. There was a "magic mirror" which turned a mirror into a see-through glass (beware modest travellers!). Bed a little too soft for us. Large breakfast buffet with sufficient western choices.

when I'm busy on my work, the staff on the club help me to take care my child, so i can focus on my business ，they are really friendly and patient ,there is a best view of river, happy hour in lounge is wonderful, its No.1 in changsha

The hotel is located by the river (stunning view!). The room size is massive eventhough the toilet is seperated from the shower room. The bed is absolutely comfortable. Staff are friendly and well trained. Breakfast buffet is ok with selections of chinese and continental.

We are staying at the InterContinental whilst a running conference. Clean, comfy and spacious rooms. Nice variety of breakfast buffet even for western europeans. Staff speaks understandable English. And so beautiful riverside view when we drinking in Sky27. Best choice for the business trip.

Very nice hotel and so beautiful view in sky27 bar. Usually I take this hotel, as it has the best price performance ration even with competing 5 star hotel,I love the room so clean and comfortable, the lobby is so impressive, good trip for business and travelers, it's good choice if next we come.
