The hotel is very comfortable with huge hallways, very good quality decor, super secure quiet and with friendly and attentive staff.
Sleep quality is excellent. good big beds and spacious rooms.
Washrooms have everything you need and there is real marble and granite everywhere.
Breakfasts are gargantuan and the choice is beyond your imagination.

Hotel is OK, not deserve 5 stars hotel, barely 4 stars holiday inn hotel, you will not find intercontinental experience, staff are so kind, restaurant is ok, room service and gym are terrible

The hotel is very nice hotel but little far 10 km from the city
Room service should be developed as they didn't listen properly to my order and I had to change my food and also at dinner I receive 2 pepper pot with no salt . Room clean and comfortable

I love the hotel location, staff and breakfast area layout.
All employees were very kind and supportive.
Duty managers, receptionists, lobby, valet, sales, kitchen....
You are all great and you rock. Thank you.

I recently stayed in this hotel for two weeks. A good hotel with excellent staff. Several mornings a large party of us were due to leave early. The restaurant manager opened his restaurant early every morning to accommodate us. A top service!!
