The location in Rossio Square could not be better. Staff very accommodating and attentive, but little charges for everything from ice to first aid kit was annoying. The included breakfast was outstanding each morning and refreshed regularly. The same space is the "restaurant Bastardo" and we thought it lacked energy as a dinning location. Room are small and closet/storage limited. We had an odd bathroom configuration with a smallish shower that doubled as a HC shower. Not luxurious.

I stayed here for almost a week and was very impressed with the location, the service and the room. I had a standard room which was good size, with a good sized bath. It's close to a ton of restaurants and shopping The front desk/concierge is extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations but the restaurant within the hotel is also very good, and serves breakfast very late. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Small, rather querky Hotel. Good location however a little hard to find. Breakfast good. Room slightly small

We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite in the Zen area of this small, interesting hotel. Our room had 4 balconies! And a great bathroom. We overlooked a large square in the heart of town. The room had great linens, but the housekeeping wasn't totally perfect. We would recommend this hotel!

This was recommended by a friend and it did not disappointed, although as other reviewed state the rooms are small we spent so much time enjoying Lisbon and the surrounding areas it really did matter. They were comfortable with a large TV, coffee machine and very well serviced by the cleaner. The buffet breakfast was absolute superb with every taste catered for. The location was ideal and ensured we wasted no time in diving in to what Lisbon has to offer.
