This hotel is very well located in the very downtown of Cordoba. However, the rooms are old and shall be refurbished ... The carpets are old, as well as the bathroom. Beds are comfortable though. A good hotel for a one-night stand.

Unfortunately, this hotel has not been cleaned in over 10 years or so it seems. There were very large stains on the carpet in the hallways and in the bedroom. It's impossible to control room temperature, and don't even think about opening the windows to get "fresh air" because this hotel is on a taxi and bus zone only... smog and exhaust to the max! Gross. The bath tub flooded and when the water touched the shower curtain... the most disgusting scum came off and was floating in the water! This hotel is not a 3.5 star or a 4 star, it would be more accurate to say 2.5 star...seemed more like a run down hostel.
In addition:
We were charged one additional night for cancelation...lame!
Two electrical outlets for the whole room.
The thinnest towels ever. One ripped when we were drying off.
Smells like mold and mildew.
Free wi-fi??? It kicks you off constantly.
We could probably have dealt with everything, but cleanliness is a must. This hotel needs to shut down, renovate and start over. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Having to change hotels was wasted time on our few days in Cordoba.

The hotel is convenient located right in the centre of Cordoba.
The overal is that the hotel is worn out. Very old elevators with doors that block, sunbeds and chairs at pool of which 50% is broken. Even worse is the pigeons that are at the pool which are dropping on you and your and your belongings. The pool water with pigeon feathers and droppings is not acceptable. The staff just let them have a nest next to the towels and not seem to bother. I believe it might even cause a health issue with all the dirty water and matrasses.
The breakfast room is worn out and looks like (is) an old conference room and is
a mess. Staff of the breakfast was terrible and did not care. The breakfast buffet is extremely limited and filter coffee only as the coffee machine was broken. No eggs or anything like that. If you like filter coffee, croissant and cheap juice with an apple you will be fine.
On the possitive note the location, beds and shower with hot water was good. Although the room and bathroom also very out dated.
The staff was friendly and helpfull and so it all depends on what you will use and expect of the hotel.

Nice location. Staff let us check in early - overall, staff was pretty helpful. Nice location.
Hotel has a nice lobby, but the rooms could use a lot of upgrading. Big empty rooms with moldy carpet.
If I visited Cordoba again, I would stay somewhere else.

A dark, poorly decorated and a poorly cleaned hotel off the major san martin city's square. The room smelled like dirty carpet.Basic breakfast, indifferent service.No restaurant available.Overall not deserving the four stars it displays.
