Its great location for the festival.
Only issue is they let anyone in so takes well over 30min to get food / rinks from the bar. The staff don't want to rush either.
They took payment a few days after booking and took £110 too much and didn't respond to any contact.
I was going to ask when i was there but the few times i could get to the desk when it wasn't busy they just kept saying they didn't understand so I just had to keep giving up.
Booking.com where no help either.
Stayed for FIB Benicasim

Great location for the festival, we could hear the music from our balcony when we was pre drinking, it's only a 20 minute walk. Hotel was lovely, rooms were clean with all the amenities. Although they clearly put the price up for the festival I would still pay it as it's alot better than camping. I wouldn't class this as 4 star, more a standard Spanish 3 star hotel. The negatives was the food they served, their special 'festival' menu was disgusting and a joke that you have to pay 6euro for a bowl of pasta that has come out of a tin and sat under a heat lamp all day. For the money we paid for the hotel there should be a better / nicer menu on option. The breakfast however was really nice but we only managed to make the first day's breakfast. Bar staff were also very rude and slow, waiting over half hour to be served, but if you was Spanish you was served straight away, regardless of how many people in front.
Nice hotel, but rude staff that didn't speak English, and uncontrollable amount of festival goers not from hotel

I've just stayed here for benicassim festival, the hotel itself was nice and the rooms were what we needed. However, staff didn't speak any English which was very unhelpful as 80% of people I met at the hotel were English. 2 young staff behind reception were very nice and helpful blonde and brunette, 2 older women were extremely rude and unprofessional brown curly hair and short lady shoulder length hair (manager) no customer service at all.
So many festival goers round the pool not staying at hotel in the day which I didn't mind. But this made the pool dirty, long bar queues, not enough sun loungers etc.
People were just openly/constantly selling drugs around the pool. Could just constantly smell people smoking weed, and I witnessed a group of older people sniffing lines off a box literally next to the pool and the lifeguard saw the whole thing and let it go on.
Close to festival so location pretty good.
Best place to stay for the festival but pretty much everyone is messy, leaves stuff behind making the hotel very untidy and 80% of people are getting off there head around the pool.
Festival stay

Stayed here for a week whilst FIB was on, really close to both the venue and the beach, clean, very friendly staff, breakfast basic but adequate, quite dear for what it is but understandable due to the festival being on and overall I would recommend staying here....however........the place was swarming with festival goers from the local campsite meaning there was a lack of sunloungers for residents, massive queues for the bar and the reception resembled a hostel with people laying across the sofas and sitting on the floor charging phones etc, also bringing in drink/food from the local supermarket which in itself isn't an issue but the mess left behind was. Whilst I wouldn't say it ruined the experience it definitely took the shine off it, especially after paying top money to stay there, hopefully the management will sort this out for next year
Beware!

We spent 6 nights at the Hotel Intur Orange, whilst attending the FIB music festival. If your holiday memories want to include the phrases "quiet, relaxing, good natured, clean and restful then beware! Do not stay here during the festival. Having said this, all the staff that we came into contact with were excellent. The front desk lady who checked us in and sorted out our car parking (despite the ticket machine not working), was brilliant. She was especially brilliant when, after being woken up by the room above playing music for most of the night and into the early morning - 3am - 6am, I finally cracked and went down to complain and asked to be moved to another room. She sorted this out for us, despite the hotel being really busy.
Other things that happened during our stay, which I am not exaggerating, to remind you of why you should NOT stay here during the Festival are as follows:
Drunken louts knocking on your bedroom door demanding you let them in, mistaking your room for theirs.
Clashing sounds of guests' music systems blasting out, generally between 6pm and 9pm.
Drunks slumped on the bar and around the pool on our return from the beach each day.
Rubbish, empty bottles, cups and plates littered the pool area.
Men who think it's funny to shout obscenities to passing girls from their balconies.
I like music, I like a drink, but to spend 6 days with people who have absolutely no consideration for others was truly depressing. Depressing for the hours of wakefulness in their presence, after a lovely day enjoying the sun and the sea. Depressing after returning to the hotel having been to watch the bands performing at the festival.
I am a proud European, but having seen the behaviour of these British people, I would not be surprised that the rest of Europe will be glad to see the back of us in 2 years time!
Memories of this holiday will definitely fill some evenings chatting to my friends over a beer or two....
