Only spent one night but rooms are quite small. Tea was provided but no coffee and 2 bottles of water. WiFi is free(limited of course). Our room only had a shower and that had a bizarre time limit on the light! Breakfast was strongly skewed to the Chinese with European dishes sparce.

Stayed 7 to 9 September 2017 – 3 days, 2 nights - third stop on a Wendy Wu Magnificent China tour. Great location if you want to shop for phones! Front desk staff very helpful though not many speak English. Best bed so far on this Wendy Wu tour. Room provided with complimentary two bottles of water (daily), tea bags (but no coffee sachets), towels, hand towels and face flannels, shampoo (but no conditioner), toothbrush and toothpaste, and a safety deposit box in room. There is a handy big supermarket in the lower ground floor of a large glitzy mall diagonally opposite to the left. No public access computer for people travelling without a computer. Overall: good

We stayed here as part of our Wendy Wu tour . This was the worst hotel by far, small unclean rooms and none of the advertised facilities . The bar was closed and looked like it had been that way for a very long time, the western restaurant ... there wasn't one, just a floor covered in sheets , the ground floor bar was a fridge with cans of pop and beer! We asked reception where we could by some wine and we sent blocks away to a supermarket which didn't sell wine ! Later discovered a shopping centre just 2 mins away that has a global supermarket which sold many varieties of wine , beers etc. Also there was a Burger King ( not our first choice for food ) but we ate here both nights as the rooms were dirty we had no faith in the kitchen hygiene. We did express our concerns and disappointment to our local guide and I hope nobody else has to stay in this dreadful hotel

The location is convenient, close to Tianfu square and 15 minute walk from subway station. The shopping center is nearby and there is Starbucks across the street, some fast food places and a supermarket. Easy to get a taxi at any time. Our room was small, but very good for the price. Breakfast is decent, although gets a little repetitive if staying long time.

Nice, comfortable place to stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Great location within walking distance of lots of shopping and food. For any westerners looking for familiar food, there is a Burger King, Starbucks, Papa Johns and McDonalds all within walking distance. And the Gap too!
