iStay is the perfect place to stay in the city. Spacious, well appointed, great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access and parking. The kitchen was a good size and the beds were comfy. Overall very good.

Disappointing stay. Parking difficult and then tried to charge me a higher than what is listed on the website, reception staff unhelpful, only 1 working lift to service the whole hotel, poor airconditioning throughout. Our room was dated and had marks on the walls and carpet. Only air-con was in the lounge room, no air-con in the main bedroom (ceiling fan).

For the price the value provided was exceptional
With separate dining kitchen/kitchen with bedroom the feel of the room is very spacious
If you don’t feel like cooking then use the restaurants across the road with the Malaysian Restaurant Roti place perfect food and glass of nice red
The Cafe downstairs with Bircher Muesli mmmmm
Enjoy everything is close

This "hotel" was absolutely awful - the worst accommofation that I have ever stayed in. It was unclean and completely uninviting. Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived and the staff did not give a damn about our concerns.

Have stayed with the Oaks chain before and really enjoyed our stay both times. Fantastic view of Kangaroo Point, Southbank, parklands and the city. Easy walking distance to many attractions and public transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay with Oaks again.
