Large room, tasty breakfast with good variety, helpful staff, great location. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, so going into Milan was easy and fast. The suburb of Rho in which the hotel is located is very nice and clean.

From the time of our late afternoon check-in to early morning check-out, the staff were all exceptional to meet and deal with. They understand the meaning of Hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised that the size of the room was equivalent to those we stay at in the USA & Canada. Extra towels for the shower were promptly provided after we made the request at check-in. The Roof-Top Dining Area / Bar was also a wonderful surprise to enjoy for our breakfasts and an end of day beverage. Plus the daily rate offered was Excellent!

We had the opportunity to stay 4 days at the hotel.
Excellent choice of hotel, very clean, large rooms, very interesting for a family.
Large bathroom, clean.
Staff very nice in general, especially at the restaurant.

There's no idea about what to complain. Location is very close to Rho railway station.Once I've come back with train at midnight and the way to hotel was safe and fast. There is supermarket 7 days a week in the same building. The staff was friendly and didn't press me when I was late for half an hour with the check out. There's no safe in the room.

The hotel staff was overall very friendly and helpful. We did not rent a car until later in our trip, however, that was not an issue as the hotel was quite close to all of the amenities the train and greater Milan transportation network had to offer. I wish we would have tried the breakfast sooner as it was outstanding!
