The hotel as clean confortable rooms located 200 meters from the main square and 100 meters from one of the nicer shopping streets of Passo Fundo. The staff is formal and not very helpfull. I needed the room one hour more (from noon to 1 pm) and the gave me only 30 minutes. I had to wait for my taxi 30 minutes in the lobby instead in the room. Breakfast is good but nothing exceptional.

On the past, itatiai was one of the best hotels in Passo Fundo, region lately , the prices range went on the roof and the services are getting worst . The rooms are very clean, good shower, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary .
