Right from the ITC Diva greeting you at the lobby when you enter and every time one passes the lobby to the pool or Gym attendant and housekeeper one thing strikes you is that they all smile genuinely and warm and friendly. The attention to detail is good and in general a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is my favourite place to stay in Hyderabad. I have been coming back here for several years now. Their facilities are outstandingly clean and extremely well maintained. Very friendly staff. Room are very comfortable too with very clean washrooms. Food, especially at breakfast, tends to be a superior experience

Stayed for a week for business, accommodations were above average and service impeccable. Service manager actually extended the hours for bar and food service due to several people coming back from work late and wanting someplace to socialize. Staff is very attentive and met every request with a smile. Very nice place.

From My check in to check out the whole experience was great . i was greeted by one of the the attended called cheshta. i never got a chance to think that the check in counter was busy and after that i have given a company till room and all the amenities has been explained . the room view was really great and the break fast as well. the room interior is as good as it should be and what some one can think ITC should give . each and everything was well planed and take care . i will definitely will come back soon for my next business trip and stay here only.

Great experience amazing food very clean rooms big rooms enough space for bathroom and toilet. Good speed internet. very helpful staff nice aroma, good AC nice bed comfortable stay. Quick billing and hassle free billing and good bar.
