The property is tastefully decorated and surrounding gardens are worth a stroll. There’s quite a few steps inside and out, which may challenge the less-mobile. Check in was friendly and efficient. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a super bathroom and even an electric massage chair! The rose petal decorations were a lovely touch, as was the cafetière.
The gym is fully equipped, but we couldn’t use the steam room due to maintenance work. The sauna was not very hot, being infrared, while the spa swimming pool was attractive but chilly. Disappointingly, WiFi was chargeable (the only place on our entire tour where it was not complimentary - management please take note) so we didn’t use it.
We enjoyed a very good breakfast, however, with options for everyone.
The best part about our stay was the wonderful service we received from Monica, who was charming and efficient. With her professional customer focus, she is a great asset to the hotel - thank you for looking after us so well!
Be sure to climb the observation tower for a last farewell view of the Taj Mahal when departing...

After the experience of travelling on the Shatabdi Express arriving at the hotel to find yet another excellent ITC Hotel as our base to visit the Agra fort and Taj Mahal, once again good food choices and first class rooms and staff always willing to help.

Fantastic place with excellent service from the minute we walked through the door. The property is stunning, very stylish with gorgeous rooms, excellent restaurants
beautiful pool and spa. Our "butler" Trevor was amazing, being available for anything we might need, even giving us a private tour of the beautiful grounds.He made the stay extra special. Our only regret was that we spent but one night.

Great place to stay for visiting Agra area. It gives the opportunityto relax body and mind afterthe hectic streets of Agra. The staff is helpful and friendly. Bhim and Sunal made our breakfast complete withtheir smile.
Do make use of the kaya kalp ! Most beautifull spa I have seen.

This stay was for 2 nights as part of a land tour from the regal voyager. My room was dumpy and in bad need of remodeling. Shabby is a good descriptor. The air cond smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no hot water. I ran the faucet for 5 minutes and all I got was baby formula warmth. The grounds are beautiful and the staff very helpful. The tour included meals. I suspect the food was prepared for us elderly Americans. Bland and boring and tasteless.
