Stayed for three nights,nice welcome from hosts Gillian & Mick,room comfortable & clean,lovely breakfast and set us up for the day,short walk to seafront,first time in Bridlington & enjoyed very much,would certainly recommend.

My wife and I stayed with Gill and Mick for two nights in November 2017. The accommodation is to an extremely high standard throughout and very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect in a 3 star hotel plus very warm. Add a well cooked full English breakfast and you’ve got all you need for an enjoyable seaside break.

We are a party of 12 golfers and this was our second visit to the Ivanhoe.
Booking the rooms was not a problem and our party of 12 golfers was well looked after throughout our 2 night stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb. We were always full before setting off for our days golf.
The small bar area is an added bonus. Ideal for us to meet and have a few drinks before going out.
I'm sure we will return to Brid golfing again. When we do we will definitely be booking into the Ivanhoe! Thanks for another great stay.

Me and my partner enjoy spending tome in Scarborough and are always looking out for a bargain and at £32 for 2 adults including breakfast we couldn’t resist. The Ivanhoe did not disappoint. The staff were friendly from the minute we arrived to the minute we left.
The room (room 4) was a little on the small side but for one night was perfectly adequate. It was clean and comfortable. The only draw back was the sound from the road outside which carried on throughout the night but this was not a major problem.
We enjoyed a lovely meal and the selection of real ale was fab. Would I stay there again

We have just spent 2 nights in this lovely friendly guesthouse, very close to the beach and town they even give you a passport which gives you discounts in a number of shops restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable a little to soft for me but that’s just my preference, the breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and was more than enough to set you up for the day. Not much parking in the guest house but plenty of free off street parking.
