Go, only if you don't get any place else

Even though the hotel is located in the heart of the small hill town, nestled in it's busy bazaar area; but the service & rooms are not good at all. We had booked it as a place to just dump our luggage on the last day of our trip for a few hours between checking out from our original resort and boarding the bus. When we went to check in, the lady at the reception made us wait till the manager came down after having his food (at his own sweet pace). The hotel doesn't have elevator, so we had to trudge up the stairs to the 3rd floor to our room. The room was cold, damp and not welcoming at all. The bathroom was unimpressive and equally cold. When asked, they said their wi-fi isn't working. And even though we spent most of the time roaming around the town & came back to the room only for a couple of hours before checking out to catch our bus; we almost froze (even under the blankets) in that time - the room was so cold & damp.
Would advise you to avoid the hotel if you have better options or can shell out higher for rooms at some other hotels.
Not worth money. Pls check my photos before you book

It's a pathetic hotel. TripAdvisor at first place shouldn't list these kind of hotels as its partners. Dirty rooms, electricity failures, no continuous hot water and not even an intercomm to talk to reception. Pls refer photos before you book

I stayed here with family during Nov 2015 (Twin bed Non AC 1500 / night). it is a budget hotel which is very near to Kodaikanal boat house (This is in the downstream of poet thiyagaraja road from the Seven signal. A budget modarate hotel without any issues or great surprises. The cost seemed bit costly for the stay. it was moderately spacious. 24 hours hot water.
I think there is no parking in the hotel. Staffs speak surprisingly hindi very well.

quite peaceful place to stay, lake n gardens are very near.Veg n non veg hotels are near too.Manager n staffs were friendly.one open air canteen they use to run on terrace that can be given some stars w.r.to food quality.the staffs will not disturb you even to clean the rooms , u have to ask ur own to clean them.however the maids are helpful, they helped us to put our clothes in sun. the washrooms is average, doors are getting corroted at bottom.although ,warm water comes at some particular time, they will manage if u miss .overall a budget hotel for anyone.
