Apart. From other places, our families visited Jaisalmer during 15th and 17th March 2017. We stayed in Hotel Jaisalgarh during the said period. From outside, the hotel looks like a fort. Inside rooms are manageable. My. Observations are:
1. The rooms are not cleaned daily
2. WiFi connectivity is available only in the lobby and not in the rooms.
3. Breakfast was not good
4. Hotel is far away from town - about 5 KM's. Nothing is available in the surroundings. Very secluded and we didn't see any life at all except ourselves. No shops/hospita/ etc.
5. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Stayed at this place with family, for 3 nights, Jan 2017.
The hotel is situated in a secluded place away from the city but not very far. No eating joints outside the hotel. The building of the hotel, looks like a fort. We were given choice, so we choose the room on first floor. The room was spacious. The double bed had spring mattress, which were not very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was included in the package, north Indian food was served, it was not delicious.
Overall the stay was good but food was not upto the mark.

This property is located just outside of the city. The grounds and exterior are very nice.The staff are friendly and capable.The only downside to this hotel is the rooms are dated and could use some attention. Our room had water leaking from toilet supply line and bathroom tap. There was some kind of bugs(small moth type) everywhere in the bathroom.Beds were comfortable.We had free breakfast included and it was tasty.I would try somewhere else next time.

My self with all family had dinner as family get together
By the pool side arrangement was so nice with folk dance and music
Different type of food menu and service was good
All the staff where help full they also provide us one room for fresh up since we have small kids with us without any charge for some time it was so nice them

Hotel stay simple made my three day visit memorable one The location of hotel is at very good place for vacation and rooms in palace are very good.My full trip to various sites were arranged by Manager Dheeraj Purohit.The experiences of longewal, tannot mata mandir , sum, royal camp, Sam, camel salary Rajasthan folk cultural evening were memorable one.
Great experience of lodging and dining at stay simple.
Thanks to dheerj and all staff of hotel.
