The service staff are very friendly and pleasant but the hotel is really suited for overnight travelers the Twin Cities and not long-term residents. The Wi-Fi is so awful we could not use it in the room. The room was clean but the beds are poor quality. The heater in the room or 12 and the room was in fairly decent shape. So it's a great place if you're just staying one night not for more than that though. And the breakfast is truly all carbs.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way to Florida. They offered free wifi but the signal was so poor we couldn’t connect at all. However the room was clean, quiet and updated. Staff were very pleasant. They offered free breakfast that was okay.

My first stay was pretty awesome so I decided to return on my next visit, well I was in for a surprise, this time I stayed in a suite and the walls are paper thin I heard everything the neighbors was arguing about next door there was teens running around the parking lot, and there was cigarette burns in my nonsmoking room! Breakfast area was a mess and the bread was hard not sure if it’s a new owner but I will not be returning

I would like to say I have not been in many Inn's that did not have carpet. I am not opposed to carpet as we have carpet in our bedrooms at home. But I do not feel carpet is not sanitary in any establishment that houses the public such as hospitals and hotels. Face it we as people do get sick and have certain health issues that could be left behind. I believe carpet is a very bad idea in any establishment that houses the general public. This Inn does not have it which leads me to believe they care about sanitation. I have hardwood floors in my home and believe me you can tell if your not on top of things. I know the floors will be cleaned here or I could tell if they were not. So by the floors alone I believe the same details of cleanliness is practiced throughout the establishment. One of the worst experiences we have had on I-95 route. Have been travelling for many years. The only available room using the coupon at the welcome center, was a very dirty room with a murphy bed. Toilet with a broken seat, micro wave that was broken.
We stayed 2hours and left .
