It is a beautiful old Haveli converted in to a hotel but is managed with disastrous results. The building has a moth eaten feel about it and the quality of water (normally Havelis have excellent rain water harvesting and management systems) is extremely bad. No one can speak/understand English among the staff. In case of an emergency, you may end uptalking to the Manager who is fluent in the language. The receptionist, Vikram Singh is very nice a man though there are communication issues due to language barrier. The hotel accepts only cash payments which is strange when the Government of India is going hammer and tongs for a cash less society.and promoting it aggressively. The food served is reasonable. The geyser in the bath room is a bad joke played on you. Never trust it for anything. They have free wi fi but I cannot commet on it since I did not use it.

Hotel is old and not well maintained.Room service is bad and have to ask for everything like doormat,dustbin ,soap,towel etc..
Water heater not working..
Not a good hotel to stay.
There are many good options and choose from them.

Great Hotel for a perfect homely stay in a Royal Ambiance. Food is superb, so as the service. The place is centrally located and can be easily accessed from various tourist spots. The Lawn at the entrance provides scope for nice evening walks..

The rooms are old and not heritage as they claim so. The property is not well maintained and has a haunted house feel. Avoid this hotel if you dont want a harassed and depressed holiday in Jodhpur. The staff is however nice and responsive.

This place is quite descent if you are
1) planning a short stay say for a night
2) Not too demanding.
3) Adjustable
4) Having a low budget
5) interested in visiting Mehrangarh fort and dont wana travel for long,
