Comfortable hotel, needs improvement however.
nicola_l1970on 18/06/2017 17:004* hotel not far from airport, €15 euros (minimum fare) for 5 minute ride by taxi. Check in was swift, room very nice and clean. Breakfast excellent. Housekeeping was a bit sloppy we felt, room not cleaned until after 3pm every day which was a bit inconvenient as we were returning to our room at that point and wanting a shower and rest. Unbelievably this hotel has just 12 sun beds. Guests were having to sunbathe on the concrete paved area, we felt this unacceptable for a 4* hotel, reception said they wouldn't put out anymore as it would be 'too much'. Pool area not tidied during the day, locals came in on Sunday, dirty nappies, glass bottles left poolside, not a member of staff in sight around the pool all week. Air conditioning didn't get room temperature below 23.5c despite us keeping the thermostat turned down to 18c. Would stay again but improvements need to be made to ensure paying for a 4* hotel means you receive 4* quality.
All in all a good place
Johan Fon 13/06/2017 14:48This was a good place to stay at with our family. Since we were going around a lot the location close to the airport and the Auchan supermarket was perfect. The airport and construction work didn't bother us, maybe it would have if we'd stayed at the pool all day.
The breakfast was good by Italian measurements, but of course can't compare with a Scandinavian hotel breakfast that's simply super.
The rooms were good and well cleaned, quiet as well.
Had only one main meal at the restaurant, was ok but not excellent, especially considering the price.
Friendly staff so guess scoring four is the right result.
Stay upon arrival
Daniel Ion 07/06/2017 22:09The hotel is within walking distance of the airport in Olbia. It is ideal for a stay if you need to be near the airport. Very clean an stylish design. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent facilities and a very cheap mini bar although there were no sugar free options! Thick sliding doors to the window keeps out all noise and light.comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and helpful staff.
A great airport hotel
trip_a_t_worldon 30/05/2017 00:38Friendly and helpful staff, very modern super clean rooms and a terrific (albeit expensive) restaurant. Breakfast is a superb buffet.
Keep in mind though that this is an airport hotel so don't expect it to be in the middle of a bustling town. It's kind of in the middle of no where (except the airport). If you have a car, the town centre of Olbia is only a few minutes drive.
I would stay there again for sure.
Superb Hotel
Mark Don 27/05/2017 18:03The wife and I stayed for a one week stay and highly recommend this Hotel, the food was some of the best food I've ever had on any holiday, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable with great air conditioning and also able to watch some movies in English. Car is needed if you want to visit the beaches on esmeralda but don't let this deter you as this is to be expected for sardinia.
If however you want just a relaxing pool break then this is also ideal as we walked to hotel from airport before we got a car after day 2.
There is also a Turkish bath in the basement which we used a lot.
I would definitely book this hotel again.
