The location of the hotel is very good as its not far from the airport and there are many shops and restuarants in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are tastefully designed and have the Japanese super toilets with integrated bidets etc. We had a special rate of 120 Euros per night including an excellent breakfast that offer cusine from various countries, but typically its around 150 Euros per night. The Internet is free and fast enough to stream NetFlix. What I found unacceptably expensive was the drinks in the bar. A small beer was 18,000 KRW (14 Euros) and a cocktail was 20,000KRW (16 Euros). This is more expensive than Paris!! Other than this, I would recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

The hotel was nice and centrally located but was under construction and although they advertised a pool, it was not open yet due to construction. The location was great and the service was really good.

My family and I stayed 3 nights, everything was very good. The breakfast has lots of options but I just want more variety about the fruit...3 days same kind of fruit.
The swimming pool were very nice, the kids enjoyed it. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores.
A lot of space in the room, confortable beds

We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend away and enjoyed the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, room was in a good condition, clean. A couple of small points: room was a bit dark and the bathroom was a bit small, but these are small issues.
Concierge was very good, fast and helpfull with booking trips and restaurants.
To note: there is an airport shuttle however you need to ask because the bellman don't offer.
Did not try the breakfast buffet, however it did not look very exciting.

This hotel is located in the city centre of Jeju Do.
Short taxi ride from airport, clean, spacious rooms.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful! Lots of places to shop and
eat in the neighbourhood. I really like the charcoal grey colour
Cotton robe in the room, made locally and very comfortable.
