We stayed one night here. The front desk staff were very friendly. Easy access to the lake and restaurants. The price was very reasonable, considering that Lake Bled is the #1 destination in Slovenia. Breakfast and parking were included in the price. Very spacious lobby.

The hotel is located in an easy to get around location. The employees were helpful making reservations for us.. they had a great spread for breakfast buffet. The rooms could use alittle updating. The price was reasonable. The room was alittle warm and they only had a fan going, but the balcony opened up to the lake.

stayed here for a week fantastic place lovely views ,lovely meals ,hhelp you out whatever time the staff will defo go back again in the future once you get udes to the bells ringing every morning you will soon forget about them

This hotel is now called Hotel Riki. The location is just a few minutes from the lake down some steps and through the park. It across the road from the bus station from where you can catch local buses to Ljubljana, lake Bohinj. And other places to visit in the viscinity. So very convenient. The food at breakfast has selection of cold meats ,bread, yogurt and hot options but no beans or hash browns. This did not affect us, being vegetarian. We had toast and cereal. The choice for veggies was limited at dinner and we explained this to the catering manger Zana. She arranged with the chef to prepare something vegetarian for us. We were really pleased that they planned a weeks menu for us and prepared veg meals for us. These were delicious and varied. So hats off to chef as Slovenia is a predominantly meat/ potato eating country. So we really appreciate the effort they went through for this. As all reviews have said that is a hotel that could do with some refurbishment. The shower cubicles are a bit on the small side. If you prefer your own shower gel & shampoo I would suggest bringing these along. And yes church bells ring every quarter hour. But we had the windows shut and it was faint-wether was cool. So not a problem. But in summer it may be a problem if leave windows open- no air con!
All in all a great little hotel in a perfect location for all the things you need to do while in lake Bled. Good value for money as it is a 3* hotel and has all you need for a short break.
Staff are always smiling and very helpful so this makes this hotel so great. Keep up the good work.

I book this hotel in time of events in Bled and the last minute, the main reason is the location and that was the best, i tried the breakfast for once it was good but I didn’t like that as we are family of 6 persons just 3 had the breakfast and not allowed to take some for my sleeping kids And the extra fees even for kids under 7 years. I found spiders in the rooms and really finding hard to sleep with insect above my head. The front desk lady with short blond hair was very smiley and helpful. I will not stay again as i found very outdated and not care for families.
