its one of the best place i have stayed, rooms are clean , staff is humble and obedient and the owners Sean and Mr.Anthony are always on toes to check your comfort, I visited on 22/10/2017 with my family and took 2 rooms , we stayed for 3 nights and while all are stayed they were the best in services....pools are well maintained and the cleanliness at pinnacle..... a must try

This is very nice the room are clean. The staffs are friendly.. The complementary breakfast is delicious. Everything is good. It's a very good hotel...it's a budget hotel with good facilities and clean surroundings

I booked a room for my parents in law under name of Gurmeet Singh for 03 nights.
It was confusing to select one out of so many hotels but I trusted the reviews on this website.
My parents in law are extremely happy and satisfied with this resort be it in terms of cleanliness, good food or polite behavior of staff. This resort is nearby candolim beach & easy to commute from their location. I am myself planning to book this resort when I visit Goa in coming future.
Caution: 100% payment while checking in

So it happens that we landed in this place for a family trip and get together from different parts of country. There was one person from the family who booked this hotel, communicated with treebo and made initial payment. The hotel owners/manager could not be contacted. We were ten people including kid, teenagers, middle aged and senior citizens in our group.
1. There's no single point of contact in hotel for payment. There are four owners and one manager who will keep asking you for money.
2. Communication gap- hotel management had no clue about initial payment made to treebo.
3. Before check in nobody informed us about 100% payment as soon as you are there. Hotel do not have a policy/document for that. They will shout at you if you ask for a official document or communication.
4. We were harassed each and every time we pass the reception area for money even at 11:30pm.
5.They will not give you bills when you pay for your stay even when you ask for it. I had paid 3000/- and 14000/- on second day and they gave me bill on 5th day which is illegal.
6. The morning shift manager will not know about the payment done by customer and evening shift the owner will harass you saying "you are staying free of cost" as soon as you enter the hotel.
7. The arguments can go on for more than hour, with the owners since they don't have interpersonal communication and poor control.
8. The owners will harass customers late at night, including senior citizens, they will not even ask customer to sit down and talk.
9. The reception area is hot and humid with full of mosquitoes, and the owners will make you stand there and talk.
10. The owners will doubt and pass sarcastic comments about customer knowledge about other hotels and whether the customer have visited any other locations in and outside India and stayed in a standard hotel or not.
11. The food bills will always be handwritten as that's a part of "family business" and wrong billing will be done in multiple occasions.
12. Food quality and quantity is poor.
13. The hotel owners won't be able to show you the break of the bills: charges for extra mattress, breakfast etc.
14. Service staff are down to earth and well behaved.
15. Location of the hotel is good, you can see nature and wildlife from balcony.
16. Should not expect peace of mind as the owners/management need to know how to deal with customers.
17. Rude behavior and sarcasms by the owners: I will remember whenever I think about my stay.
18. Treebo should do a better survey and strict policy in place before making a tie up with such hotels.
19. The booking experience was good with treebo.
20. The treebo representative was well behaved and listened to the feedback given about the hotel during our stay.
