This particular design hotel welcomes me every time with pleasure and cuddles us with its delights. All rooms are clean and nice. This time in his restaurant, the "1859" has stunned us with an appetizer of local delicacies and a plate of "pumpkin ravioli" (FENOMENALI!) ... all with an excellent sparkling wine (Cuvée Brut CONTRI) . I look forward to a visit ... you will be as fascinated as me ... since every time I step in this area of Italy I decide to stop here. Thanks again Dunant Hotel!

This hotel is a modern art concept in itself. Nothing is what you would expect: concrete walls, unusual itens everywhere, room decor and paint as in a gallery. This can be really interesting for a day or two but we stayed for four nights and it can be tiresome after a while.
The hotel has everything a four star hotel should have, but this environment is not very relaxing.

It’s indeed a different hotel, a museum, the strange design makes impression. Honestly I did not like this style, to me looks modern-cool-essential-minimalist, anyway it is special. I appreciated particularly the breakfast table. It has a congress center.

It 's always a pleasure to return to Dunant Hotel. This time we tried the restaurant food that delighted us with some local specialties. Starter with prosciutto and parmesan cheese; for the main course "casoncelli" (typical ravioli stuffed with meat and bread crumbs). All accompanied by a Sicilian cabernet (cab) recommended by the Chef (who I thank and I advise everyone to listen to try some specialties) ... The room this time on the third floor greeted me at home ... Thanks Dunant Hotel!

Currently staying here....hotel's decor is amazing, loved the individual themed rooms, the art work on each floor and even in the underground carpark. The rooms are well proportioned and the housekeeping staff keep the hotel spotless and the location of the hotal.is fantastic for exploring the area.The breakfast has plenty of variety although eating at a spiral table takes a little getting use to. However, we do have an issue with one of the female receptionist who kept us waiting while she was far too busy dealing with male visitors checking in even though we were waiting patiently before some of them arrived. We also had an issue with the toilet by the restaurant which is tiled wall to floor in blue tiles. My daughter was unaware that the soap pump was control by a pedal hidden under the sink and went into the disabled toilet wash her hands, however, there was liquid soap on the floor and my daughter fell banging her shoulder and neck on the sink. Unfortunately it was the same receptionist and when i told her what happended, her attitude was 'whatever' and she said very unprofessionally ' what do you want me to do about it' perhaps if my daughter had have been a 6ft italian male we might have got a more sympathetic response and the hotel manager was not much better with his response. The hotel is very lucky as my daughter has a health condition which if she falls she can break or fracture her limbs very easily...so they could have been facing a legal case.....
We love the hotel but wont be staying again.
