Hotel is at very convenient location. Very friendly and co-operative staff, Best budget hotel for family and visitors. Whenever i come to Delhi i always stay with JHT. Specially many many thanks to Mr Amith Khanna.

It was wonderful experience to Visit JHT Hotels. I have visited with my family in July 2017. it was great location - its just opposite to GK 1 M block market and Breakfast was Superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Hotel JHT GK1 New Delhi is good central market place location. Rooms are Ok , staff good . Buffet breakfast included in room rate , hotel is good for money . Nearby market very good . Good for family stay . No views from room.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, because one of our relative was admitted for surgery in a hospital across the road. I believe many of the guests belong to my category. The hotel is clean, rooms / bathrooms are of adequate size and furniture / furnishing are decent and ample. On the flip side, no hot water (during our stay), the beds are narrow (I fell down while sleeping), room service could improve further, and breakfast could have had more variety.

We actually had a very mixed experience at this hotel. Our check in was not good. We got there late at night, our reception was not warm, and we had to sit in the lobby waiting for our room for quite some time. When we finally asked when it would be ready (keeping in mind this was close to 11pm on our check in day, so it wasn't like we were trying to get in EARLY), the man at the counter kind of pointed behind him and said "yeah, it's down there" (like we were stupid for not just knowing that). We wandered down the hall to find a young man with our bags who finally pointed which room we had. We didn't even get a key. As it turned out, the room was quite dirty, there were hairs on the bed, and the pillow cases and sheets had stains. We were so exhausted from travelling, we decided to ignore it for the time being, and just went to sleep. The next day, we brought it to their attention, and they were absolutely excellent about switching our rooms, and the next one was somewhat better. But make no mistake, this is a 2 or 2 1/2 star hotel. Other than the check in men, the staff were really friendly.
