I have been using this franchise for some time now and it is a good budget option. This hotel in Changchun is somewhat clean and the staff really tries very hard to help you, eventhough no one can speak English. It has a very good location, bus transport, not too far from the train station. The beds are not that bad, the pillows are not flat, and the towels are somewhat newish. On the other hand, it is absolutely annoying the smoking everywhere in the hotel. We asked for a non-smoking floor and it was just impossible to escape from the smoke. The lobby is just filled with it as soon as you step into the hotel. And the other thing that is really exasperating is the "massage", "spa" cards the staff slides under the door. They keep sliding these tacky cards non-stop.

Just like other Jinjiang inn's, this is a good budget option. Not much to be raving about, but nothing bad either. This one is located in the center of town, but there aren't any obvious highlights nearby. If you're visiting for just one night to see the last emporer's palace, you might as well base yourself closer to the train station.
