I stayed in the nicest room in this hotel for about 15 days. The staff is very rude and certainly unhelpful. The uncarpeted hallways become an echo chamber so you are guaranteed to hear all your neighbors coming and going, having their parties, throughout the night. If you are lucky, the cleaning people will take all your towels and you can file an act of congress to get some new ones. This hotel should not be visited by anyone.
