I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a good experience. Service was good, free bottled water every day and evening, very clean and quiet in the room and in common areas. All facilities were working fine in the room although wifi is not very stable that sometimes it dropped off.
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, over 50 varieties of food, e.g. noodles, wontons, stir fried dishes, steam buns, toasts, bacon and sausages, desserts and they changed the menu everyday! I am sure it suits both Chinese and non Chinese visitors.
The hotel promotes smoking free however they were people still smoking in the common area as I am quite sensitive to the smell.

Good enough hotel for a night or 2. I am saying this from a Westerner point of view. Can't compare to a Hilton or Marriott, etc. If you don't compare? Good hotel. Service is good, not great. Food is OK. Room was clean. With all amenities. Either TV didn't offer anything outside of Chinese channels or I just couldn't find them. Toiletries were good and ample. So were the coffee and tea options. No minibar. Wanted to try the Chinese restaurant but was packed. Went to the Western restaurant instead and ordered choices of Chinese platters and a steak. Stick with the Chinese platters. Much better. If you just want a good night of sleep in a clean room with an amazing price, this is your hotel!

Hotel is nice and service is pretty good.
Bathroom fixtures were old and there are some old stains in the chairs. Need some renovations in the near future.
I love their breakfast buffet consider how much you paid for it.
