Best price hotel in constraint budget, very near to baga beach. & calangute beach
Room was good,clean with nice view.
Lush green environment. Breakfast buffet was awesome.
Staff had good behavior. Will definitely recommend .

We were among 24ppl gathering there almost after 15years for our school reunion and all were coming from different parts of the country.
During the selection of the property, I have been given the task to arrange an accommodation for all which suits the taste and budget of every one.
I did thorough research and zeroed out on this property which have good reviews, looked good and in our budget range.
Since we reached early, we had to wait for an hour at the reception However the staff at the reception we're very courteous and completed the check in formality of around 10ppl in no time. They also assured us that rest of our friends will not have any problem no matter what time they reach.
They gave us an entire wing and we occupied around 10 rooms. Resort was big with nice greenary maintained. Rooms were good and clean and so the washroom, provided basic toiletteries. Linens were clean and sleep quality was excellent. Baga beach is around 2-3km away from this property.
Well, it has clean swimming pool with no disturbance and a bar area at the corner of the pool as well.
We enjoyed our stay and ending up spending 2 days within the resort being at goa.. LOL. Staffs were well mannered and customer service oriented. Food quality is average.

This hotel not far away from town centre. Rooms are good, Breakfast nice buffet type. All the kitchen staff including the manager very friendly. reception staffs, cleaners, manager Tarun, the owner off the hotel all very friendly, polite, and help full. Wi-Fi speed average. there is not any instatement in hotel or bar. we stayed for 16 days. not bed for price.

Joia Do Mar Resort is very nice and good located. It is 1.2 kms from Calangute beach. Choose Executive room here. Room is very good with Furniture, Refrigerator, Central AC, Locker etc. One open balcony is there in executive room. Food and breakfast served here is also good. I always prefer to choose Joia Do Mar Resort in Calangute area. Vegetable restaurant is also in walk able distance. I have great experience here.

This hotel situated near the calangute market and beach, facility are good. water of swimming pool is not so clean. Rooms are luxurious but nice and specious. over all stay was good, We stayed there for a night.
