Interesting hotel with a pool and parking garage underneath. location is far outside from bergamo. pool needs some restauration. rooms are very nice and different standards available. breakfast is for italy ok.

Quite, riservate, clean. Closed to airport, 10 minutes from the city.
If you want intimacy, this is the place to be. Is not a typical hotel, has more small houses with very cozy rooms, having also a great swimming pool.

A completely hidden gem in an amazing part of Italy and so close to the airport when we were flying back to Dublin absolutely fantastic we couldn't fault the hospitality and the food was brilliant it's somewhere that we will definitely be coming back to visit.

We arrived at the Joia Hotel and luxury apartments for a nice relaxing holiday, got a taxi from Bergamo and even the taxi driver had to ask person on the street for directions, very hard found, could not fault the apartments, just beautiful, lovely staff too, my major problem is that there actually is no 'Hotel',, it is closed and i asked to clarify and was told yes the hotel unfortunately is closed, i think it is very misleading to advertise hotel when it doesnt exist, we were so looking forward to quiet get away and be able to go to hotel from apartments for meals, getting somewhere to eat was a nightmare, the place is totally out of reach of any restautants so to get any civilisation we had to travel to nearest town Bergamo, about 15mins on bus, it ended up being a disaster for travelling to get something to eat and our whole idea was a peaceful holiday going from apartment to hotel for food drinks etc but with hotel closed we didnt get what we expected at all, now have to say again the apartments are beautiful but if you travel here expect a luxury room totally away from anything, you will need a car which we didnt have so spent our 4 days watching bus times there and back so there wasnt much relaxation had.. it is time to stop advertising Hotel as there is no hotel, ohh its there alright but CLOSED

I have stayed three times at this hotel, when I was running workshops at the neighbor "La Vacherie". The setting is very quiet and beautiful and the rooms are large and modernly decorated and they include a mini-kitchen. Although this is a good hotel option close to Bergamo's Orio Al Serio airport, this is also a (romance) motel for quick stays, what explains the private atmosphere of separate houses and the different reception counter outside the building. This, however, is not something obvious and, in my view, does not make business guests feel like they are in the wrong place, as it is OK to stay here alone in a room, for instance. Breakfast is good, but could be more complete, but it is served in a very beautiful small place (which is a little hard to find, ask first). Down sides, in my view are: poor and unstable internet connection, isolated place, far from other attractions (but close to the airport), poor options for room service and lack of a service standard for the reception staff (you may be lucky or unlucky, depending on who you talk to).
