I am visiting this hotel since 2011. Lot of improvement in all aspects. Good place to stay with family and kinds
Mr Lalith duty manager is at your service 24x7.
Clean and tidy
Food is good but little costly. Rooms are clean. Daily cleaning by staff. Help desk is super. I love staying here.

Got a good deal on MMT, booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Had been with family.
Had asked for a pick up, which was again satisfactory and also with reasonable rates.
I would say good hospitality, good service and very good rooms. Also breakfast served was with good range of food items and tasty.
Plus point of location is it has good connectivity and located in centre of city.
Down side is its surrounded by traffic.
Over all very good stay.

Been at the hotel for a weekend residential event 4-5 Nov 2017. The arrangements were exceptional. Every meal on both days were well planned and the quality of every single item was great. The staff here are courteous and always willing to help.
Would highly recommend this place for folks visiting Bangalore. Located fairly close to the railway station.

Nice hotel,nice staff with pleasant behaviour,complementary breakfast & canteen staff dealings is praise worthy but provision of complementary drinking(mineral water)is too less to manage with(2 half litre per person per day).Management should take notice of it as the tariff is well affordable for one or two more litres of drinking water.

This is my first visit with my family in this Hotel and was totally satisfied with their hospitality. Their service was what I'd say is 'Exquisite'. The restaurant is very good with varieties of good food and delicacies. We booked two rooms and both were good with all the supplies and amenities. Hotel is very good for people and families on budget. But the people are who made the hotel experience amazing. And I'd like mention Parth and Lalit who were very good and friendly. The way they treat us we really appreciate. The hotel is situated in so called 'Heart of the city' and I'd recommend to all my friends and family to stay. It was really amazing staying here.
