Staying here now. We have a fab appartment but be warned there is a lot of building going on. Good location, friendly staff, & clean. Great pool cleaned every day by a very friendly guy. Happy to be here & once the building work is finished I am sure it's a chilling out place to be.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and I definitely had a good experience. Don't let the semi-abandoned neighborhood fool you: the rooms are really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and the shower worked good! Furthermore there was a fan and an AC that both worked and did so silently! haven't tried the restaurant but they had a good menu and offered room service. The rooms have also a balcony.
The people I met have been friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my reservation and check out time, and the owner was really amazing to me: he let me keep my room until the time I had to go to the airport - which was very late at night - and he did so for free! Then he even helped me arrange a taxi! I was running out of money and I really don't know what I would have done waiting the whole day on the streets.
There is also a swimming pool and the main rood (from which you can access the beach and everything else) is maximum 5 minutes away.
If I will ever return to Goa, I will definitely stay here. I recommend it.

Rooms are nice good breakfasts owner is very helpful and supportive we enjoyed our stay hotel has a nice pool and very close to Candolim. Great service by Oyo . What more to ask for at such affordable rate.

we had stayed along with friends it was a very nice stay Fatte from the reception was very helpful and kind.Oyo provides great rooms and services at very nice and cheap rates. Will definety recomend this hotel and Oyo.

Ok type of hotel, Food was good, but room quality is not very good, but it is cheaper, overall it is ok type. however the complimentary breakfast is the only benefit to enjoy, the swiming pool was big and good.
