I am a frequent traveler across india and I had to check in to Ginger hotels vizag Andhra Pradesh on 20.11.2017 but they dint let me check in as they demanded early check in charges some time we business people check and check out on a same day but wat happens they don’t give back our half day charges so business travelers don’t take Ginger hotel any ware across india they will screw up your time plan of the day and you may miss out your meeting also so don’t take Ginger hotel solid attitude

The name Ginger is losing its credibility & trust with extremely poorly maintained properties.The one is Vazag is a terrible property.Very small compact rooms with a corner converted into toilet with a fibre glass sheet.The sheet is broken at many places with holes.Walls & fittings are damaged.The room as well as the lobby stinks,especially on the 5th floor.There is frequent power outages most of the time.Other times,power trips in the room.
Wi-Fi is extremely poor.
The only saving grace is the courteous staff & location.
Overall a terrible experience.Kindly avoid.

Hospitality was very good i must say.
The staffs are polite..
Breakfast spread is good and delicious..
The only thing i felt was that for double occupancy, the room provide to us was really small including the bed.
The bed was smaller than a queen size bed which made us quite difficult to adjust ourrselves on the bed. The price according to that was a bit on the higher side.
Otherwise everything else was perfect.
24hours hot water.. AC was working just fine..
Food was good.. House keeping was also made timely and properly..
The rooms can manage a bit more lighting perhaps.. seems a bit dark..
Anyway.. overall a good stay..

Although rooms here are a bit small and congested, the hospitality of staff never made me feel uncomfortable.
Restaurant Staff here especially Miss Bhargavi used to greet me daily and fulfill requirements with respect to food.Overall it was a very pleasant experience, thanks ginger hope you will build on and keep improving.

I had a good time.as I felt very happy as when I was little uncomfortable with the room the staff responded well. And the front office guys especially Mr sandeep was very friendly and polite. 👌
Nice location near to everything for my comfort.
