My second visit this autumn c/o Travelzoo. Stupendous service each time. This time by Robert. Love seeing the well healed young international people in the outdoor seating area with whom we sat and interacted last time. Dining room this time as it was my date's preference.

We needed a place for one night that was good for getting to various locations across London and this fit the bill
Did eat here because there’s too many options for dining in London than to waste an opportunity in a hotel but it looked lovely
Also, whilst the hotel offers access to a spa in its sister hotel we opted for a run through Hyde Park, just 2 mind jog from the door
Room was a good size, very clean and the staff extremely attentive

This used to be our regular hotel in the mid 2000s and we had not been in a while. We returned for a stay recently and found it to be as good if not better than before. This is a small hotel so expect peace and quiet compared to some of the other tourist heavy properties in the city.

My wife and I had a amazing evening at Ronnie Scotts and needed place to stay for night. The Jumeriah at Knightbridge was the perfect place, The hotel is located at a wonderful location ( between Hyde Park and Harrods). The reception staff is very friendly and provided a prompt service. The rooms are very spacious, clean and lovely décor. The bed is extremely comfortable with a firm mattress which made a big difference for a good night sleep. Bathroom facilities was also at a high standard. The overall experience was outstanding. My wife and I will be returning soon. Please thank your hotel managers and the team for making our stay very relaxing.

A lovely 5 star hotel, with 5 star service from all the staff. The hotel is on Lowndes square walking distance to Harrods and Harvey Nicholls. We went for my 50th and I was truly spoilt and made to feel very special by hotels attention to detail. We will definitely stay here again when we visit London.
