Reception looks great, also nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Rooms are basic, probably 70's furniture. Bed is OK. TV, hair drayer, an iron, thats all. Not bad just yo sleep and go. Friendly personnel at reception desk.

All top show in the good reception area then downhill once in the lifr. Dark dingy corredors and rooms. Grubby decor windows dont open. Air con old and noisy. Not a good experiene couldnt wait to get jome. Pillows hard and heavy duvet. Bathroom old and cold.

Stayed 1 night on a room only basis. Staff friendly and helpful, room and beds very comfy. However after stating walking difficulties when booking, our room was furthest from the lift down a very long corridor which I just about managed.

Excellent staff, comfortable stay in great location close to restaurants and shops. The bar staff were exceptionally good. Breakfasts were well cooked, warm with a very good selection. Would certainly use this hotel again as Leeds is also a great place to shop.

Just spent a night in a room which cost £210 but it smelt of cigarettes, we were put on the first floor so were disturbed all night by the noise outside but our biggest gripe was that the rooms were very cold. Other than that it was all very modern, the reception area was nice and breakfast was good. The ‘costa’ coffee wasn’t great in the bar area though.
